CrossFit Open 21.2 - All the info

Let's go with the second week of the CrossFit Open 2021 where the second circuit proposed by Dave Castro is a repetition of the first workout of 2017. Open 21.2 is 17.1 so get ready to suffer with burpees and dumbell snatches.
During the announcement they faced Samuel Kwant (2nd ranked Games 2020) against the sensation of the last CrossFit games Justin Medeiros. This confrontation ended with Justin finishing the circuit in just 10:01, a mark that would place him as the second best world time in 2017, a super curious fact to corroborate the evolution of CrossFit over time.

For time:
10 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
20 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
30 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
40 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50-lb. dumbbell, 24-in. box
Time cap: 20 min.
How to face it?
Tip number one, DON'T START TOO QUICKLY. Starting at a high pace will make your result worse. It starts with just 10 repetitions of the dumbell snatch and this can make you want to start burning the wood too fast. This will only burn you, so relax and start at a pace that you can sustain throughout the wood.
The key to this Open 21.2 is in the Burpees. There's no point in pushing through snatches if you won't be able to recover and maintain an acceptable pace during burpees later. Most of the time it will be gone in this part. So plan your snatches to arrive as less fatigued as possible to the burpees, breaking the series can improve your time in this workout.
In burpees remember two things. Stay as little time as possible lying on the ground and when you get up, do it with a stride and not jumping. In this way you will save energy.
